Sylwia Lapkiewicz

Sylwia Lapkiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sylwia currently holds the position of Lead Product Engineer at Neo PLM Inc., where they have been since October 2019. Prior to that, they gained leadership experience at Johnson & Johnson from March 2018 to March 2022. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they also worked as a Senior Associate Engineer, focusing on recipe process development. Sylwia also worked as an Enterprise Recipe Management Consultant at Zinata Inc. from October 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Zinata Inc., Sylwia worked at Neo PLM Inc. from June 2013 to August 2017, serving as a Product Engineer and gaining additional leadership experience. Their previous experience includes working as a Formulations Research Scientist at InnoPharma, Inc. from November 2012 to June 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Laboratory/Field Technician at Rutgers University from September 2008 to November 2012. Sylwia started their career as a Nuclear Engineering Research Summer Intern at North Carolina University Department of Nuclear Engineering in June 2007.

Sylwia Lapkiewicz completed their high school education at Metuchen High School. Sylwia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering at Rutgers University from 2008 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology for a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed from 2017 to 2020.
