Chafic Hariri

Chafic Hariri has a diverse range of experience in software engineering and mobile development. Chafic currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Neo Mena Technologies since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Mobile Team Lead from September 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Neo Mena Technologies, Chafic worked at Keeward Group from July 2015 to August 2018. During their time there, they held the position of Senior Full stack mobile engineer and was responsible for leading the Mobile team on multiple projects. Chafic introduced and implemented an efficient development process, including defining team responsibilities and developing communication standards. Chafic also used Agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enhance project efficiency and integrated and updated Keeward's Git Workflow. Chafic worked on developing and releasing multiple Android applications, utilizing various libraries and architectural patterns.

Prior to their role at Keeward Group, Chafic worked at ITXI from October 2011 to August 2014 as an Android/Mobile Developer. In this role, they mainly focused on developing Android applications, including social and travel apps. Chafic also worked on building websites and APIs and developed applications for Blackberry and Nokia using Java and C++.

Overall, Chafic Hariri has a strong background in software engineering and mobile development, with experience in leadership, process improvement, and utilizing various development methodologies and technologies.

Chafic Hariri obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Beirut Arab University, completing their education from 2007 to 2011.
