Edgard Kallassy

Edgard Kallassy has a strong background in software quality assurance and IT training. Edgard started their career at INDEVCO Group where they received training in hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Later, they joined Software Profiles Inc as a Software Quality Assurance professional, guiding the support department and training staff on new system modules. In 2017, they joined Bank of Beirut as a Senior Software Quality Assurance, responsible for executing, supervising, monitoring, and participating in various activities across the project life cycle. Edgard implemented projects such as corporate online banking and consumer/corporate mobile banking for both android and IOS. Currently, they are working at Neo Mena Technologies as a Senior Software Quality Assurance, starting in 2022.

Edgard Kallassy completed their education at the Lebanese University. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing. Edgard further pursued their studies at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Business Computing from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications including an Agile Certificate of attendance from Agile Tour, Communication Skills #1 and Conflict Resolution #1 from Bank of Beirut - e-learning, and an ITIL Certificate of Achievement from FORMATECH.
