Julie Kamel

Julie Kamel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Julie is currently working at Neo Mena Technologies as a Product Team Lead, where they manage team performance and development, implements processes to improve efficiency, and hires and trains new team members. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Manager at the same company, focusing on digital internal tools and client solutions.

Julie has also worked at Tactical Report as a Digital Product Development Consultant, Website Product Manager, and Website Designer and Content Specialist. At KIB, they served as a Digital Product Owner for Buy Now, Pay Later solutions, where they defined product vision, implemented agile methodologies, gathered requirements, and conducted user experience testing.

In previous roles, Julie was a Digital Product Manager at Eqwal, where they focused on loan management systems, POS financing, and mobile microloans. Julie also worked at Saradar Bank sal as a Product Owner and Senior Officer in retail banking product development and management.

Julie's work experience also includes roles at Near East Commercial Bank as an Officer in marketing, product management, and credit cards, as well as an Assistant Lecturer at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, where they taught a research methodology course and supervised students' theses. Julie began their career as an Assistant Executive to the General Manager at Libanet and completed a traineeship at Allianz SNA.

Julie Kamel has a diverse education history. Julie began their education in 2006 at Lebanese University, Faculty of Economics and Business, where they studied Economics. Julie completed their degree in 2009. In 2011, Julie enrolled at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK, where they pursued a Research Master's in Finance. Julie successfully completed their degree in 2013 and graduated with honors.

Additionally, Julie has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2015, they completed the Microsoft Excel Financial Modeling certification from Formatech - Integrated Learning Centers. In 2017, they obtained the STC TRX® - Suspension Training® Course L1 certification from TRX Training. Julie furthered their training in 2017 by completing the SMTC TRX® - Sports Medicine Suspension Training® Course L2 and the ForceLevel2 TRX FORCE® - TRX Force® Trainer Course L2. In 2018, they acquired the TRX GTC® and TRX® Functional Training Course certifications from TRX Training. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Foam Rolling: Principles and Practices from TriggerPoint Performance Therapy in 2018 and the TRX Advanced Group Training Course from TRX Training in the same year.

Julie also attended various workshops and training courses on professional skills development. In 2012, they completed the Successful Selling Strategies workshop conducted by Starmanship & Associates. In 2013, they participated in the Presentation Skills workshop facilitated by Tamayyaz and received training in Communication and Speaking Skills from the Lebanese Banking Association. Lastly, in 2020, Julie obtained the Certified Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
