Charan Sriram

Charan Sriram currently serves as a Quantitative Developer at Citadel, focusing on Fixed Income and Macro, since July 2025. Charan is also a Neo Scholar, having interned at Tunnel as part of the Neo program starting in October 2023. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer Intern role at Citadel, where responsibilities involved PnL and risk infrastructure for the Fixed Income & Macro team, as well as a Software Engineer Intern position at Capital One. Additionally, Charan was an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Operating Systems at The University of Texas at Austin and founded Phazia, a multiplayer drag-and-drop mobile app builder that generated code for Flutter. Charan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on Computer Science Honors and Business Honors, expected to graduate in May 2025.
