Ajay Singh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in field engineering and technical leadership across multiple organizations. Currently, Ajay serves as GVP of Field Engineering at Neo4j, leading a global team focused on solution engineering and customer success. Prior to this, Ajay held various leadership positions at Databricks, including VP of Field Engineering, where Ajay empowered digital-first companies through data insights and products. Earlier roles include Head of Field Engineering at Dremio and Senior Director at Hortonworks, where Ajay focused on channel enablement and Hadoop adoption. Ajay's career began at i2 Technologies and Decision Focus Incorporated, involved in system architecture and product management. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Southern California.
