Arvind Ramachandran is an experienced leader in customer success and program management, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Neo4j since January 2022, after holding the position of Director for EMEA & APAC. Previously, Arvind founded and directed SA Square Consulting, focusing on project management training and technology project delivery. Arvind has also held significant roles such as Regional Lead for Northern Europe at PTC, where responsibilities included strategic account management and SaaS adoption, and Head of Programs & Operations at Intrasonics Limited, overseeing customer program delivery and operations. An educational background includes an MBA from London Business School and undergraduate engineering from the University of Madras.
