Markus Bollmann

Markus Bollmann is the current Head of EMEA, Legal at Neo4j. Prior to this, they were General Counsel at KONUX from March 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were with Gemalto M2M GmbH from February 2013 to November 2015 as Legal Counsel and Rechtsanwalt. Markus also took a sabbatical in January 2020 to February 2020. From January 2018 to December 2019, they were Senior Corporate Counsel EMEA/Syndikusrechtsanwalt, CIPP/E at Elasticsearch GmbH. Markus was also previously with ORACLE Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG from December 2015 to December 2017 as Senior Legal Counsel/Syndikusrechtsanwalt, CIPP/E. Prior to that, they were with Criteo GmbH from June 2012 to February 2013 as Legal Counsel and DPO; Rechtsanwalt. Markus started their career as a Rechtsanwalt at Eckart, Köster & Kollegen Rechtsanwälte from February 2011 to May 2012.

Markus Bollmann's educational career began with him obtaining their Staatsexamen Jura from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Markus then went on to complete their 2. Staatsexamen Jura in the field of Rechtsreferendariat from OLG München. Finally, they obtained their Licence en Droit from Université de Limoges in France.
