Ralph Pawlik is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and partner systems engineering across various leading companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director PreSales EMEA Central & South at Neo4j since April 2022, Ralph previously held the position of Senior Solution Architect at Elastic from July 2019 to March 2022. Prior to this, Ralph spent nearly two decades at Brocade Communications, where roles included Senior Manager of Partner Systems Engineering for EMEA and Manager of OEM Systems Engineering, enhancing relationships with key accounts such as EMC. Ralph's early career includes significant positions at Silicon Graphics, NORAN Instruments, and autronic, with a solid foundation in electronic device and systems technician training.
