Carina Lima has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer success roles. Carina started their career as an Assistant in Events at Dayrell Hotel e Centro de Convenções, where they later became an Analyst in Marketing. Carina then worked as a Coordinator of Marketing at Universal Software Brasil and Vetta. Carina joined Instituto Quebre as Regras as the Head of Customer Marketing and was responsible for leading the marketing operations and implementing the Customer Marketing department. Carina then moved on to become the Manager of Marketing and Customer Success at Bússola do Investidor, where they later transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager at SmarttBot after the acquisition. Carina also worked as the Manager of Marketing at Eteg, where they led marketing and pre-sales strategies and successfully managed the rebranding project.
