Jill Clarke

Jill Clarke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and project management. Currently serving as the North America Professional Services Manager and Senior Solutions Architect at Neocase since September 2017, Jill excels in developing customer needs into business requirements, managing project milestones, and guiding customer process improvements. Prior experience includes a tenure at Evonik from October 2006 to January 2017 as HR Technology Manager, where Jill led the development and training of HR teams, managed multiple system upgrades, and launched various management tools. Earlier, from January 1999 to September 2006, Jill worked as HRIS Manager at TDI, overseeing HRIS implementation and training at a global level while ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Jill holds a Computer Programming Certification from Chubb Technical School.
