Elmer Hoeppner is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in field service and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Principal Field Service Engineer at Neocis Inc. since May 2021, Elmer previously held roles at Stryker from August 2008 to May 2021, including Sr. Field Service Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed installation, maintenance, and service of the MAKO Orthopedic robotic platform across a four-state territory. Elmer's earlier experience at STERIS Instrument Management Services from June 2000 to August 2008 involved roles as Technical Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer, contributing significantly to R&D and process development for various departments and introducing 17 new service capabilities.
