Wendy Romano has over 15 years of work experience in customer care and service management. Wendy began their career in 2004 as a Warranty Administrator at Flagler Construction, where they were responsible for obtaining and verifying warranty and coverage details for heavy equipment per master service agreements, creating and prioritizing work orders/tickets, and dispatching technicians per skill level. In 2011, they joined Stryker as a Service Agreement Specialist, where they supported MAKO Surgical Corporation's Robotics Division prior to its 2013 acquisition by Stryker. Wendy was responsible for ensuring timely service/repair of medical equipment and managing service contracts, as well as meeting contract SLAs by prioritizing and assigning work orders to field service engineers per skill level. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Customer Care Manager at Neocis Inc.
