Benjamin Roewe

Benjamin Roewe is an experienced operations leader and technology consulting director with a solid foundation in financial planning, sales operations, and business process analysis. Over the past decade, Benjamin transitioned into professional services, managing numerous Salesforce programs to address business challenges. Currently, they serve as the Engagement Director at Neocol, following a notable tenure at Slalom where they held the position of Director. Benjamin has received several awards for their exemplary performance, including the 2020 Slalom Humanitarian Award and the 2018 Mindtree Pillars Program Award. They are also pursuing a B.A. in Media Studies and Film and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Iowa.
