Erik Paulus

Erik Paulus is an experienced professional in product management and design, currently serving as the Head of Product at NeoDay since August 2017. In this role, Erik leads the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing the complete product lifecycle while effectively communicating with stakeholders. Previously, Erik held the position of Product Manager and Senior Interaction Designer at MAGNEDS, focusing on product lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement. Erik's diverse background also includes roles as a Docent and Instructor at ROC West-Brabant, a UX/UI Designer at METMEER, and a Graphic & Web Designer at Essence Business Group bv. Erik holds a degree in Communication and User Experience from Avans University and has furthered education with an academic minor in educational methods from HAN University, alongside an earlier degree in Interactive Media Design from Radius College Breda.
