Ingrid Klaris

Ingrid Klaris is an accomplished Product Owner with extensive experience in product management and team leadership. Currently serving at NeoDay since May 2018, Ingrid has also held the position of Product Owner at MAGNEDS from May 2018 to December 2023, along with previous roles including Test Engineer. Prior to this, Ingrid managed the service desk at Boost Group for five years and demonstrated leadership skills as a Teamleader at Bosch Communication Center, overseeing a customer service team and ensuring KPI targets were met. Ingrid began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Leen Bakker and holds a degree in Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1998 and 2002.
