Pulkita Sharma has been working in the customer service field since 2018. In that year, they began working as an Operation Executive at EduCommerce Technologies Private Limited, where they were responsible for increasing parent participation in school engagements and contributing to the child's academic growth. In 2020, they began working at NeoDove as a Customer Success Manager and Assistant Manager Customer Success. Pulkita also worked as a Customer Support Executive at Mobzway Technologies and a Customer Associate at KS Technosoft Pvt Ltd.
