Robert Pell

Robert Pell is a seasoned professional in the field of geology and resource management, currently serving as Co-Founder and Advisor at Neo.Eco since January 2022 and an Advisory Board Member at the Critical Minerals Association since August 2022. As the Founder and CEO of Minviro since March 2019, Robert has made significant contributions to the industry. Robert has also held a position on the Board of Directors for the Global Rare Earth Industry Association from October 2022 to June 2024. Previously, Robert was a PhD Researcher and Candidate at the University of Exeter, specializing in the responsible sourcing of rare earth elements. Robert's experience includes roles at Tsinghua University, International Mining, The Walt Disney Company, and AXA PPP International. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology and Geography from the University of Birmingham.
