Matthew Rodgers

Matthew Rodgers started their career as a Financial Analyst at Magna International in 2008. Matthew then moved to A. O. Smith Corporation, where they held various roles, such as Business Analyst & Software Developer, Business Systems and I.T. Manager, SAP Integration Lead, Director of SAP Deployment, and finally, Sr. Director, Business Solutions. In 2021, they joined Neogen Corporation as the Senior Director of IT. Throughout their career, Matthew has focused on digital transformation, business process optimization, and system integration to drive organizational growth and success.

Matthew Rodgers attended the University of Guelph from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Physical Sciences.
