Melvin Sears is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Sr Manufacturing Engineer and Lean Process Engineer at Neogen Corporation since November 2018, Melvin has previously held roles such as Process Engineer and Operations Manager at ExOne, where responsibilities included developing client processes and managing facility workflows. Prior experience at Rock-Tenn Company included leading process improvement initiatives as a Process Engineer and maintaining ISO 9001 compliance.
