Ami Curtis

Ami Curtis, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of Learning & Organizational Development at NeoGenomics Laboratories, beginning in May 2024. Previously, Ami held the position of VP, Learning and Organizational Development at loanDepot, where responsibilities included leading teams in various areas such as employee engagement and organizational development during significant organizational changes. Experience also includes significant leadership roles at Petco, Applied Materials, Driscoll's, and Nestlé, where Ami successfully implemented talent management strategies, performance management processes, and diversity initiatives, resulting in increased employee engagement and improved internal talent mobility. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology from Saint Louis University and Missouri State University, respectively.
