Beth Eastland

Beth Eastland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales at NeoGenomics Laboratories since December 2024, Eastland previously held key roles at Exact Sciences, including General Manager and Vice President of Health Systems and Specialty. An accomplished leader, Eastland's career includes significant positions at Orexigen Therapeutics as Senior Vice President of National Sales and over two decades at Merck, where a variety of leadership roles encompassed Executive Director of Marketing for Diabetes, Chief of Staff to the President of Global Human Health, and numerous sales and strategic planning positions. Eastland holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Duke University, has completed leadership and executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Emory University, and Wharton Executive Education.
