Clare Lyons

Clare Lyons, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Tax Compliance and Reporting at NeoGenomics Laboratories since January 2024. Prior to this role, Clare held positions at Dexcom as the Global Tax Structure, M&A, and Provision Manager from October 2021 to June 2023 and worked at Deloitte for over six years as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Consultant, and Tax Consultant. Earlier in Clare’s career, experience included positions as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Loan Consultant at U.S. Bank from April 2010 to July 2013, and as an Economics Teaching Assistant at UC San Diego. Clare holds a Master in Professional Accounting with a focus on Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego, with additional studies at the University of Galway.
