Jeff Steffens

Jeff Steffens is an experienced professional in the field of quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Site Quality Manager at NeoGenomics Laboratories since September 2018. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at GE Healthcare, including Lead Risk and Design Controls Engineer and Design Controls Validation Engineer from April 2014 to September 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Baxter International Inc. for a brief period in early 2014, R&D Engineer/Technology Lead at Hospira from January 2013 to January 2014, and Concept Development Engineer at Sage Products, Inc. from March 2005 to November 2012. Jeff's career began at Baxter Healthcare, where service spanned from April 1996 to February 2005 in roles such as Analytical Chemist and Metrologist. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Benedictine University, alongside a foundational education from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
