Jeri Suarez Shaw CG, HT (ASCP) is an experienced Clinical Laboratory Manager currently overseeing the East Coast FISH laboratories at NeoGenomics Laboratories since December 2021. With a strong background in FISH analysis, Jeri has progressed through multiple roles, including Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and Clinical Laboratory Technologist III. Prior experience includes supervisory and technologist positions at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, CSI Laboratories, Bako Integrated Physician Solutions, and Metamark Genetics, where expertise in FISH and cytogenetic tasks was developed. Jeri also worked as a Licensed Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and began a career in healthcare as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Kroger. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Augusta University, complemented by studies at Austin Peay State University.
