John Peters CG(ASCP)cm is an experienced clinical laboratory technologist currently employed at NeoGenomics Laboratories since May 2024. Prior to this role, John held the position of Laboratory Manager at Azzur Group from January 2024 to May 2024. John has extensive experience at Biocept, Inc., serving in various managerial roles from July 2019 to November 2023, including Manager CLIA Wet Lab Operations and Supervisor CLIA FISH Lab Operations. Additional experience includes positions as Technical Sales Specialist at Applied Spectral Imaging, FISH Supervisor at Genoptix, and Supervisor FISH and Cytogenetics at PLUS Diagnostics. John began a career in cytogenetics as a technologist at LabCorp and US LABS. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brigham Young University–Hawaii between 2001 and 2003.
