Aaron Carpenter

Aaron Carpenter is a seasoned Product Manager with experience in both technology and ministry sectors. Currently serving as Product Manager for NEOGOV since March 2023, Aaron focuses on HRIS - Core HR Products. Previously, as Product Manager II at DealerSocket from October 2011 to January 2023, Aaron led a team of seven international software engineers in the development of Desking 3, contributing to an annual recurring revenue of $23.4 million. Additional roles include serving as Pastor of Student Ministry at Stonebrooke Church, Assistant General Manager at Boot Barn, Student Ministries Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church Alexandria, and Student Ministries Pastor at Crossroads Community Church. Aaron also held positions as District Training Manager at both Aaron Brothers, Inc. and Blockbuster, where effective management of P&L was a key responsibility. Aaron’s diverse background combines leadership in product development, team management, and community engagement.
