Flavia Ode, MHR, is an experienced professional in the hospitality and implementation consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at NEOGOV since May 2021, Flavia previously worked as an Opera Implementation Specialist at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems, where responsibilities included defining customer interaction processes and resolving complex issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Implementation Specialist at Oracle, responsible for installing the Opera property management system, and a progression of roles at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, culminating in the position of Front Desk Supervisor. Flavia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
