Makenzi Hughes

Makenzi Hughes has extensive experience in marketing operations and customer support, currently serving as a Marketing Operations Manager at NEOGOV since June 2018, after progressing through several roles including Marketing Operations Specialist and HRIS Implementation Consultant. Prior to NEOGOV, Makenzi held various positions at the University of Redlands from August 2015 to May 2018, such as Leadership Camp Facilitator, Alumni Board Endowed Scholar, and Community Assistant, fostering skills in leadership, problem-solving, and community engagement. Makenzi also contributed to campus life as a Greek Life Representative on the ASUR Cabinet and gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at Electric Beach Tanning from February 2014 to August 2016. Makenzi holds a degree in Global Business with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Redlands, complemented by study abroad experience through IES Abroad from 2016 to 2017.
