Scott Letourneau

Scott Letourneau has extensive experience in the human resources sector, currently serving as President and Owner of HRCloud since June 2013, a subsidiary of NEOGOV that focuses on providing HRIS and onboarding solutions for the private sector. Additionally, Letourneau has been the President and Owner of NEOGOV since January 2002, specializing in public sector HR services including applicant tracking systems, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Prior to this, Letourneau worked as a consultant at Accenture from 1999 to 2001. Letourneau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1993 and 1997, as well as a high school diploma from Hoosac Valley High School, awarded in 1993.
