Kevin'searlier experience includes positions at KBC Advanced Technologies, Elf Oil UK Ltd, and Amoco Oil UK Ltd, where they held various roles focusing on engineering, operations, planning, and scheduling in the oil and gas industry.

Following a gap of a few years, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, during the period of 1991 to 1995.
