Gauri Kamat (Shah)

Gauri Kamat (Shah) has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Gauri started their career as a Management Trainee at BHW Birla Home Finance Ltd. in 2003. Gauri then worked as an Assistant Manager at citifinancial from 2004 to 2007, where they assessed customer creditworthiness and assigned credit limits. Gauri then moved to HSBC, where they served as an Assistant Credit Manager from 2007 to 2008, ensuring compliance with credit policies and managing daily processes. Gauri then joined Barclays as a Credit Manager from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Gauri joined Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as a Hub Credit Manager, responsible for the supervision of the Centralized Underwriting Unit in Mumbai. Finally, they worked at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. from 2014, first as a Vice President and later as a Senior Vice President, leading the Risk & Credit Policy division.

Gauri Kamat (Shah) pursued their education in a chronological manner. Gauri completed their schooling at PES Modern High School from 1995 to 1998. Afterward, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Banking and Costing. Following that, they enrolled at the Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune, and from 2002 to 2004, they completed their Master's degree in Finance, specializing in MBA Finance. In 2006 to 2007, Gauri pursued a Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy at Maharashtra Government.
