Kapil Talati

Kapil Talati is an experienced professional in the fields of internal audit, risk assurance, internal control, and compliance testing. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Internal Audit at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. since September 2023, Kapil has previously held leadership roles at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, where titles included Associate Director and Vice President, and at Deutsche Bank as AVP- Deputy Team Head for Developed and Emerging Markets. Early career experiences include positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Relationship Manager in Credit Risk and at Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) as Manager of Credit for SME & Mid Corporate. Kapil holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, specializing in Accounts, Economics, and Financial Management.
