Vikas Dhankhar has a strong work experience in the technology field. Vikas is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., where they focus on delivering innovative tech solutions and building a high-performing technology team. Prior to this, they had a successful tenure at Credit Suisse, where they held various leadership positions. As the Vice President of Product Control Technology, they provided leadership across multiple verticals and played a key role in defining IT architecture, strategic planning, and project management. Vikas also served as the Vice President of Credit Risk Technology, where they successfully led a global credit risk methodology technology function and managed multiple regulatory and technical projects. Earlier in their career, Vikas Dhankhar worked at Bank of America as a Manager and Analyst, and at Tech Mahindra as a Technical Associate. Vikas Dhankhar began their education in 1992 at Birla Senior Secondary School, where they completed their Higher School education with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science in 1999. Vikas then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, graduating in 2004.

After gaining foundational knowledge in computer science, Vikas continued their education by enrolling in the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2013. Vikas specialized in Financial Risk Management and completed their degree as a Financial Risk Manager in 2015.

Seeking further specialization, Vikas joined the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2021. Vikas pursued a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Analytics, which they completed in 2022. This allowed him to enhance their skills in the field of Business Analytics.
