Justin Mecklenburg has a diverse work experience in various industries. ♦ Justin began their career as an Accountant at Deloitte and Touch, LLP in 1994. ♦ Justin then joined Morgan Stanley / Smith Barney in 1995, where they served as a First Vice President - Wealth Management, Financial Planning Specialist, managing over $150 million in client assets until 2007.
In 2007, Mecklenburg founded Mecklenburg Capital Management, Inc., an investment advisory firm that provides financial consulting/advisory services and capital investment to businesses and high net worth families across the country.
In 2011, Mecklenburg became the Chief Financial Officer at Erick Flowback Services, LLC (EFS), where they successfully orchestrated the sale of EFS and Rod's Production Services (RPS) to a publicly traded company in 2014. After the commodity price collapse, they managed the re-purchase of EFS/RPS back from the publicly traded company at a reduced price in 2015.
Since 2014, Mecklenburg has been the Chief Executive Officer of NeoInsulation, a company that engineers insulation solutions using patented products to protect against freezing or offer heat retention in various energy infrastructures. In the same year, they also became the CEO of NeoManufacturing, a manufacturing company that produces the NeoInsulation product, employing a significant number of people during the busy season.
Finally, in 2018, Mecklenburg added the role of Chief Executive Officer at NeoEnergy, a mechanical construction company that offers construction, maintenance, and labor support to major clients in the oil and gas industry.
