Ana Asch

Ana Asch is a seasoned Creative Director and Brand Designer with a strong background in branding, design, and team leadership. Currently serving as Creative Director at Northstar Branding and a Kooperationspartnerin at Gründerinnenzentrale, Ana supports female founders with branding strategies. Previously, Ana held prominent roles such as Creative Leader at Neol and Creative Director at FORMEL Skin, where Ana led brand expansions and community programs. At Banana Beauty, Ana defined the brand's identity and established the first design team. Early career experiences include positions as Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Junior Graphic Designer at various companies, including Crama design. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication and Product Design from Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial, complemented by a design exchange program at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam.
