Atılım Şahin's work experience is as follows:

1. Current: Co-Founder / Head of Community Systems at Neol since May 2022.

2. Creative Enterprise Programme - Local Facilitator at Nesta since November 2018. In this role, Atılım supports capacity-building activities for creative entrepreneurs in Turkey through the Creative Enterprise Programme.

3. Board Of Directors - Secretary General at European Creative Hubs Network from April 2019 to October 2022. Also served as an Interim Steering Committee Member from July 2018 to April 2019.

4. ATÖLYE:

At ATÖLYE, Atılım was responsible for defining conditions and workflows for various micro-communities, managing strategic priorities, and building and engaging the interdisciplinary community.

5. Public Speaker, Facilitator, Moderator at Various Organizations since January 2016. Atılım speaks at conferences, moderates panels, and facilitates workshops primarily on community building, organizational culture, creative hubs, and creative industries.

9. Design & Application Engineer at 4C Medikal Ltd. from September 2011 to July 2012. Atılım collaborated with doctors and dentists to design patient-specific implants and provided technical support for 3D printers and software applications.

10. Elocutionist at Aktiffelsefe Yeni Yüksektepe Cultural Organization from November 2010 to February 2011.

Atılım Şahin's education history is as follows:

Atılım completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Interaction Design at Malmö University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Product Design at Istanbul Technical University from 2010 to 2013.

In terms of undergraduate education, Atılım attended Istanbul Technical University from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Before entering university, Atılım attended Çanakkale Fen Lisesi from 2001 to 2005. The degree earned and field of study during this period were not specified.
