Eva-Maria Zoll is a co-founder of culturedesign.org, where innovative strategies are developed to enhance team culture and drive organizational success. Currently serving as co-founder and host at belong.community, as well as a creative leader at Neol, Eva-Maria Zoll has extensive experience in team development and cultural design. With a strong background at Mimi Hearing Technologies GmbH as the marketing and communication lead, Eva-Maria Zoll shaped company strategy and implemented structures for enhanced employee experiences. Additional roles include serving as an ambassador for Design for Change in Germany, an education consultant, and a facilitator at various educational institutions. Eva-Maria Zoll holds a Design Thinking Certificate from the Hasso Plattner Institute and degrees in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft.
