Rula El Kaliouby is the Founder and CEO of Intuition Collective, a strategic and communications consultancy established in July 2021, focusing on Egypt's national positioning and impact-driven initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Advisor to the Minister and Head of Strategic Communications at the Ministry of International Cooperation, where Rula developed an inclusive strategic ecosystem promoting transparency and public-private partnerships in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Rula has also held leadership roles at Tarek Nour Communications as Executive Director of Strategy, and as a consultant for the Ministry of Tourism, where strategic efforts led to top rankings in country branding. Additional roles include Executive Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and Head of Social Media & Content at BBDO Worldwide, with earlier experience at Unilever as a Junior Brand Manager. Rula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The American University in Cairo.
