Teddy Zmrhal

Teddy Zmrhal serves as the Global Design Leader at Neol and as an Interim Managing Partner at Next River, both since early 2023. Zmrhal has been contributing as a Judge for StartX since October 2020 and is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Alonzo King LINES Ballet since 2014. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Salesforce, where Zmrhal held multiple leadership roles in strategic innovation, culminating as Global Vice President of Design and Innovation. Additional advisory roles include positions with Fortune Magazine, Launchpoint, GovReady, and the Experience Institute. Teddy Zmrhal holds numerous advanced degrees, including MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, alongside a visiting scholar designation from Stanford University.
