Jaber Al Marri

Jaber Al Marri holds extensive experience in the financial and service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Aggregation Business at neoleap since November 2021, after a long tenure at Al Rajhi Bank from May 2004 to December 2021. In the role of Executive Manager of Merchants Services, Jaber Al Marri managed various aspects of e-commerce, point of sale terminals, and SADAD, focusing on onboarding, support, and claims. Prior to this, Jaber Al Marri held several positions related to customer service management, including Call Centre Customer Service Manager and Operation Manager, with a strong emphasis on improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Jaber Al Marri’s career began as a Sales Representative at Hoshan Company Limited from December 2001 to November 2002. Jaber Al Marri earned a Diploma in Sales from the Institute of Public Administration between 1999 and 2001.
