Sara Alhusaini

Sara Alhusaini is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) since April 2022, Sara also holds positions as a member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committees at Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ), neoleap, and National Finance Company. Prior to these roles, Sara was Senior Vice President, Head of Reward & Organization Design - Human Capital at Riyad Bank from June 2021 to April 2022, and held multiple positions at SAB from June 2011 to November 2019, including Senior Manager in Business Planning & Strategy and Reward Management. Sara co-founded and managed Butterfly & Co. while also earning a Master of Arts in Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Saud University.
