Marco Taylor has a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management and has previously worked for several international companies with a strong focus on improving financial reporting.

He joined NeoLife in 1999 as a member of the finance team in Africa. He has served as Vice President NeoLife Africa from 2010, and then as Executive Vice President since 2014.

As Chief Operations Officer he brings a strong reputation for developing people along with a focus on operational excellence. Marco has a unique understanding of the importance of prioritising the needs of our business partners with a customer-first focus. Marco is an experienced and trusted leader who consistently delivers results.

Marco’s wealth of experience across our global systems, particularly in Africa and Europe, is a valuable asset, as NeoLife continues to accelerate massive growth. Marco’s leadership experience, coupled with his strategic thinking and track record of delivering results, make him the perfect person to lead NeoLife’s global Operations.
