Milan Kumar Swain

Milan Kumar Swain has over 20 years of experience in design and development roles in the automotive industry. Milan Kumar started their career in 2000 as a Sr. Design Engineer at Unitech Machines Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for creating part designs, mold designing, and generating tool paths for CNC machining. In 2002, Milan joined NeoliteZKW Lightings Pvt.Ltd. as the Head of Design and Development. In this role, they gained expertise in designing automotive lighting and plastics products and successfully managed project management for automotive lighting product development. Milan has extensive experience in the design and development cycles of various headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps, and auxiliary lamps.

Milan Kumar Swain completed their education in two phases. From 1996 to 2000, they attended the Central Tool Room & Training Centre in Bhubaneswar, where they obtained a Diploma in Tool & Die. Milan Kumar'sstudies included various subjects such as Design & Manufacturing Technology, CAD & CAM, Plastics & Sheetmetal, Mechanics, and Electrical Tech.

After their diploma, Milan pursued further education and completed a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA), AMIE. Milan Kumar concluded this degree in 2011.
