Javier Vedoya

Javier Vedoya serves as Group CFO at NEOLITH, the leading brand in Sintered Stone, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of Director General Corporativo at Surexport from January 2021 to October 2023, overseeing Finance & Administration, HR, IT, General Purchases, and Legal. From September 2012 to December 2020, Javier was CFO at Estrella International Energy Services Ltd., an oil service company with operations across several South American countries. Additional experience includes consulting in M&A and strategy, with notable projects such as financial due diligence for private equity funds and interim CFO roles. Javier’s earlier career includes CFO positions at Grupo Diagnostico Recoletas, MMCinemas, and Primayor, along with advisory roles at The Boston Consulting Group, where Javier worked on strategic projects globally. Javier holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
