Katherine M. Lugo Nevarez

Katherine M. Lugo Nevarez is a highly qualified professional with diverse experience in the pharmaceutical and engineering fields. Currently serving as a Technical Services Specialist at Neolpharma SA de CV since August 2023, Katherine has previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer with Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. and as a Validation Specialist at Lilly del Caribe. Other positions include Technical Services Specialist at Viatris and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Puerto Rico-RCM School of Pharmacy. Early career experiences involved internships and research roles at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Material Characterization Center, and Center for Applied Tropical Ecology and Conservation. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico campuses.
