Kent So

Kent So has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kent started their career in 2013 as a Sports Consultant and later worked as a Sports Coordinator at De La Salle University, where they managed the Varsity Program and organized various events. Kent also served as an International Student Advisor and Services Manager at the university. In 2016, Kent worked as a Guidance Counselor at the University of the Philippines.

In 2017, Kent transitioned into the field of Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Bosch, followed by a role as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Associate at Pointwest. In 2018, they joined PurpleClick Philippines as an HR Manager, where they implemented strategic initiatives, coached employees, and led employer branding campaigns.

In 2020, Kent joined Neolytix LLC as a Senior Human Resource Manager/HRBP Project Manager. In this role, they led a team and provided HR guidance to talent management, organization development, and recruitment processes. Kent also developed employer branding campaigns and advised on freelancer/independent contractor hiring.

In 2022, Kent took on a role as a Human Resources Consultant at SMEChat.ph, where they provided HR consulting services. Kent also worked on undisclosed projects during this time.

Kent So has a diverse education history, with a focus on business, counseling, and psychology. In 2023-2024, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Innovation from Boston University. From 2013 to 2021, they attended Ateneo de Manila University, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services. In 2015-2016, they pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from De La Salle University in 2009-2013. Kent So's secondary education took place at Xavier School from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Kent So has obtained several certifications.
