Bader Ragaban

Bader Ragaban, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for THE LINE at NEOM since March 2023, focusing on securing top talent for an innovative urban project. Previously, Bader held dual roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM and Flowserve Corporation from June 2022 to March 2023, overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes across multiple Gulf countries. Bader also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at SNC-Lavalin from October 2017 to June 2022. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Greenwich and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management through CIPD qualifications.
