Bayan Shaheen

Bayan Shaheen currently serves as the Government Protocol Lead and Project Management Sr. Specialist at NEOM since February 2023. Prior to this role, Bayan held various positions in sales and project management, including Senior Sales Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Senior Event Sales Manager at Radisson Hotel Group. Experience also includes a tenure at Marriott International as Cluster Assistant Sales Manager and at Accor as Assistant Sales Manager for Government accounts. Bayan began a career in the hospitality industry at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah and has also worked as a Sales Agent at Kamal Osman Jamjoom. Education includes ongoing pursuit of a Master of Project Management from Midocean University, alongside a degree from Umm Al-Qura University completed in 2015.
