Brian Moore

Brian Moore is an experienced technical leader in the desalination and water management industry, currently serving as the Technical Director for Desalination at NEOM since October 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Mott MacDonald Bentley and Modern Water plc, including Design Director and Engineering Director, respectively. Brian's extensive background includes significant roles at Thames Water, such as Technical Lead for the Thames Gateway BWRO Plant and Technical Governance Manager, and previous experience as Technical Director for International Desalination at Acciona Agua, S.A. Brian's career began at Raytheon Engineers and Constructors and Mott MacDonald, where foundational skills as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer were developed. Brian holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1984 and 1988.
